Wood and composite are not the same job
Wood gets cleaned at low pressure with a wood-safe solution, because high pressure raises the grain and leaves a fuzzy surface that then holds dirt worse than before. Composite gets a different product entirely, since the cleaners that work on wood can mark or discolor composite boards. Either way the cleaner does the work, we go with the grain, and railings, spindles and the underside of the rail get done rather than just the flat boards.

Not immediately. Wood needs to dry out properly first, usually a couple of days of decent weather. Tell us you are planning to stain and we will clean with that in mind.
Cleaning removes growth, grey surface weathering and general grime. Stripping old stain or sealer is a different job with different chemicals, so tell us up front if that is what you actually want.
Yes. Composite gets a different cleaning product, because some of what works well on wood can mark composite boards. Let us know which you have when you book.
