Pressure Washing
Pressure Washing for Driveways, Patios and Walkways
Concrete is one of the more expensive things on a property and one of the least maintained. Left alone it collects growth that makes it slick when wet and grey long before it should be.

How We Approach It
Wand marks are what a bad concrete clean looks like
Hard surfaces get a surface cleaner, not a wand. A wand cleans in a narrow arc, which is how you end up with stripes and zebra marks baked into a driveway that will not come out. A surface cleaner runs at a consistent distance and overlap across the whole slab, so the finish is even from edge to edge. Detergent goes down first on anything organic, and edges and hard-to-reach corners get finished by hand.
- Surface cleaner for an even finish, no wand stripes
- Detergent pre-treatment on organic staining
- Edges, steps and tight corners finished by hand
- Rinsed down so nothing dries back onto the surface
Where This Applies

★★★★★"Had the house and the gutters done before a family party. They turned up when they said they would, the green streaks down the north side are just gone, and they rinsed everything down before they left. Price was what they quoted on the phone."
Megan R., Granger, IN
★★★★★"Our driveway had not been touched in about eight years. No stripes, no zebra marks, just even concrete edge to edge. Already booked them for the deck in the spring."
Dave K., Berrien Springs, MI
★★★★★"Second year using Pura for the windows, inside and out. Same two guys both times, careful around the landscaping, and there is not a single spot on the glass afterwards."
Sarah L., St. Joseph, MI

Frequently Asked Questions
Not at the pressures and technique we use. Concrete, brick and pavers are among the few surfaces that can take real pressure, and the surface cleaner keeps it consistent so nothing gets etched.
Usually some of it. Fresh oil comes up with a degreaser. Oil that has been soaking into porous concrete for years is in the slab rather than on it, and we will tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Paver joints lose some sand in any cleaning. We work to keep that to a minimum, and we will flag it if a patio looks like it will want re-sanding afterwards.
