Tap water is what leaves the spots
Exteriors get cleaned with a water-fed pole running purified water. Stripping the minerals out of the water is what lets the glass dry spot-free without anyone squeegeeing it, and the pole reaches upper floors from the ground, so no ladder goes into your flower beds. Interiors get done the traditional way, by hand, with tracks and sills wiped as part of the job.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals, and those minerals are what dries into spots. Strip them out and the glass dries clear on its own, with no squeegee needed on the outside.
Light spotting comes off with the normal clean. Long term mineral etching, usually from a sprinkler head hitting the same pane for years, needs a separate restoration step, and some panes are past saving. We will say so rather than charge you to find out.
Yes. Exterior only is the most common booking, but inside and out together is what most people do once a year. Tracks and sills are included whenever we are working on the inside.
