We soft wash: low pressure, high volume, and a cleaning solution that kills the growth at the root so it stays gone longer than a rinse would manage. Pressure stays under 500 PSI on siding, which is roughly what a garden hose puts out, so nothing gets forced behind the boards or up under the trim. Outlets and fixtures get covered, landscaping gets soaked before we start and rinsed when we finish.

No. Soft washing runs at roughly garden hose pressure. The cleaning solution does the work, which is what makes it safe on siding, trim and painted surfaces where high pressure is not.
Because soft washing kills the growth rather than knocking it off, most homes go a year or two before it comes back. North-facing walls and anything under heavy tree cover come back soonest.
The outside faces of the gutters and the soffits are included in a full house wash. Clearing the inside of the gutters is a separate service.
